@Macross Ohh I forgot there was a copy there! I remember it used to be really hard to find and I want to say folks were asked not to scan it (but I'm fuzzy on there). Either way, I got my own 2nd edition hardcopy happily within arms reach :)

@lmorchard It looks like a brutally difficult read at the res it got scanned, given that it's also described as a brutally difficult read on paper.
