Moments I lean towards "there's probably a greater than average degree of autistic traits in this brain": obsessing over making sure I have exactly the right process for making enchiladas — a dish firmly in the "pinch of this, splash of that, cook until it's done" category.
And of course this is where a reasonable person goes "if you know this, can't you just wing it?"
