@tedu @zure I have oat milk in my coffees, because I can't drink dairy or soy ... and because I understand it uses less water to make than almond or coconut ... and the milks I get are made in australia which seriously doesn't have enough water to go around for commercial ventures.

The health implications of the drink may well be true, but I'd have to go away & compare them to the other products to work out if they're avoidable ...
