Folks, real talk, I barely know what to do with a 3d printer that just works. I've spent so much time tinkering with the damn MPMD that I've let my list of actual work languish a bit.

@sungo i just want to print stuff for my rack is how it started :P

@chuck Indeed. I have a folder of STLs that looked interesting and some project folders. Just have to dig through it all and figure out what's next. Well, apart from reprinting the stuff that the MPMD fucked up

@sungo found out today I have like 3 fellow 3d printer nerds in the company. 📈

we should start a group for this sort of things

I also found out the dallas markerspace is the biggest in the country and it just doubled in size within the last 3 months O_O

Summer road trip for some CNC Plasma cutter fun?

@chuck @sungo Been wanting to make a road trip to the Dallas Makerspace. Throw in a stop by Fry's, Microcenter, and Half-price books for good measure.

@sblaydes @chuck The place I lived / grew up in Indiana was kind of awful but it was within sungo-reasonable driving distance of two Ikeas, a Frys, a microcenter, five half-price books, and two apple stores. I miss that.

@sungo What part of Indiana?

Grew up between Indy and Bloomington myself.

@sblaydes Richmond. Take I-70 east until you hit the border. I-70 goes way out of its way to go *around* Richmond which is generally what I recommend :)

@sungo Been there before. Went to see a play with some other HS theater geeks.

Course that was about 25 years ago,

@sblaydes I... I was working back stage in the Richmond theaters at that point.

@sungo Been trying to remember the play we went to Richmond to see, but drawing a blank.

My self and the others had been in a HS play (can't remember it either) together. The characters had been in a play together before...and that was the play we saw in Richmond. Sorry if that is confusing.

A bunch of technomancers in the fediverse. Keep it fairly clean please. This arcology is for all who wash up upon it's digital shore.
