question, for anyone using a screen reader: How do content warning tags work for you? As in, do they work as intended, i.e. only reading content when you give the go-ahead?

@republic2809 Yes. In #pinafore, text is hidden until you click on *Show More*, or hit X. This is the same under iOS, Toot for example has an action, and I believe you can also double tap to show hidden content.

@erion Cool, thank you! It's a feature I'm only newly acquainted with, so it had me wondering.

@republic2809 Any time. Most things really work as expected these days, but of course it also depends on what clients one uses. For example not every client supports removing emojis from display names, which can be a lifesaver at times. Let me know if you have any further questions ☺️
@Rob_T_Firefly @republic2809 Normally, they are fine, but lots of people have multiple. For example to represent a square, or display names surrounded by hearts, etc. It just takes more time to read them and they rarely carry any information.

@erion @republic2809 I hadn't thought about that, but it makes perfect sense. Thanks for your insight!
