It's interesting to look back at old laptop lids and see the stickers I had on there. This is my Thinkpad X60 lid from when I went to uni. It would be pretty unlikely that I'd have a giant GPL sticker now, following all the license compatibility nonsense I've gone through since entering the real world. @SDF is still cool though.

Office desk just doesn’t seem to get messy like home desk does. Need to work out what I’m doing right here.

First ride of the year. Between self isolation and icy roads it has been the first opportunity to do it really. I didn’t go very far but it is a start, at least I got it out the cupboard and went somewhere.

Thanks to @tj for fixing up the bike. It's working well.

Was thinking of @pla so I stopped to take a couple of pictures. Seeing his posts on the timeline were definitely a contributing factor leading to me going on a ride today. Sometimes you don't do something for so long you feel pretty detached from it, and those posts helped me to reconnect.

Today is one of those days where I can’t remember how to write a letter Q, but then after telling myself I got it backwards had to go check that it really was backwards checking a reference Q online. The direction of the tail seems a pretty arbitrary thing, so I’m just going to ignore it.

These are the last two. I didn't receive all of them as I had missed some of the start markers. There was a lot of QSB but as I have finally received /something/ I would say this is a success. Now that I know how to do it I'll have to give this another go in the near future and see if I can improve, maybe play with my filters a little to reject some noise.

These were earlier in the day, but it's taken me until now to post them because I couldn't work out where fldigi had saved them, if at all. They are in ~/.fldigi/images.

Images I received from today's swradiogram.net/. This is the first time I managed to get it working. Using fldigi on Debian, with my IC-7300 and MFJ Super Hi-Q Loop in the attic. 15770kHz @ 1340 to 1400 UTC

These are the cards I received up to the end of 2020. Hoping to be getting a lot more in 2021.

Doesn’t look like that was the problem. I’ll let it cool down for a bit and maybe it will start working again. At least they’ve not leaked, which was what I was afraid I’d find when I opened it.

AEA PK-88 may have developed a fault. It has been on for a few days while hacking on HamBSD and now seems to reboot randomly and forget its settings.

It /might/ be the backup battery is dying, that’s the only thing I can think it might be.

A bunch of technomancers in the fediverse. Keep it fairly clean please. This arcology is for all who wash up upon it's digital shore.
