See I kinda got to thinking what if I just started encouraging people to do this everywhere and then created a bounce network.
I think it's not technically illegal, but I'm not sure how long it would last depending on Starbuck's reboot schedule and sign-in policies.
They just have a click through to a cookie and I know how to detect and work through those now.
I never use public wi-fi... I don't know who specifically does what anymore.
