I have the C-SPAN stream on, the volume is up, but every time I try to focus and extract any meaning from what Bruce Castor is saying my brain is only getting clicking sounds.

As a standup comic who routinely stretches like five minutes of prepared material into half an hour with crowd-work and riffing off the cuff, I can tell when someone is far worse at that then me while making a ton more money for it.
