Anyone out there reading or interested in the book "Software Design for Flexibility", by Hanson and Sussman?

I'm about halfway through and it's a massive disappointment.

@GeoffWozniak I'm interested. Although I might be one of those people who respects SICP without having read it.

@bremner I did my thesis in Common Lisp and I love Lisp systems, despite the fact I don't get to work in them much.

The book's techniques are good, but the way it presents them is... oof. I mean, it should really be titled, "Hanson and Sussman do Scheme and here's what they want to show you".
